Fundraising concert in Milton Keynes City Church, December 2010

The Chernobyl Relief Foundation in UK successfully organised the classical music charity concert in collaboration with the Music at Milton Keynes City Church and internationally acclaimed Ukranian musicians.

The event was attended by The Mayor of Milton Keynes, Debbie Brock, the Second Secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine in the UK, Orysia Hunder, and supported by the Lions Club MKC. Many thanks are due to a number of local artists who kindly donated their artworks for inclusion in the event raffle to raise money for the cause.

Thanks to the efforts and support of all involved and all who attended, we raised £1329.50 to contribute to the treatment of the orphans with damaged immune systems in Makeevka Rehibilitation Centre for Children, Ukraine.
